Purchased a Cdkey

i bought a cdkey yesterday and it got sent to the wrong email
i used cdkey.com to buy a pubg key so i emailed them yesterday still havent responded anyone got any past experience with them ?

spent about $20 on the key
i still have the receipt and screenshot of my order number
