Chopsta scams...

Well here's the story.

I asked him if he could do a firecape for me last night on a level 48... he said he'd gaurantee he could do cape... if not he'd try again with rune helm and legs..... He failed at 360 and 90 (rofl...) so..... I just decided to change my mind and wanted a partial refund back so he completely didn't waste his time.

Several times I mention a refund.... but he changed the subject and after he failed he said he said he wouldn't give me a refund.

I specifically asked him to do the firecape for those stats, not 70 range but 50 range... he failed so i asked for a partial refund.....
He completely denies...

Not enough for a ban but i can request a TWC... However i really don't think it is considered a scam as such...
