IP Banned Help!

Omg...I got 89.2 blackmarks on a noob account that I made and now I can't play runescape. It blocks me from going to their website and I can't go to funorb either. I am 100% sure that I am IP banned.

I am using internet from the router next door and don't have access to their linksys control panel. Does anyone know how to change the IP address or if it will change over time?

Becareful when you download stuff though some of the links people give you might be a virus, trojan, or keylogger, etc.

are u sure about that?... i mean many ppl has over 10 blackmarks... how can they have more than 10??

 

Just unplug your modem and router for about 2 minutes, and then plug them back in and you will have a different IP

I seriously doubt they ip banned you, i didn't even think they still did that...

But even if you are they wouldn't have range banned you for the simple reason many others may have the same range.

you CAN pass 10 blackmarks.
any amount of black marks past 10 (weather it be 13 or 73) is just a way to measure the severity (sp?) of the offence.

you can get ip banned from runescape?!?
ive phished at least 300 people and been banned atleast 20 times and im not ip banned
