Ya I wish the PC was out =\ I remember back when it was first even announced. Got my 99 mage with v1 MTA, was good times. Jagex didn't see it coming =) Typical robotz though, always behind on his release dates. Atleast they're always a good quality right?

Robotz, if you remember to, PM me if you know when the PC bot might come out? Just want to know. Last I recall, I read your site (which was WAY long ago) and it said like coming in March, it's kind of past March. Just curious. Thanks

Hey everyone.
From V1, all thats improved has been mouse movements, and a few minor details. It's clear from the bans when V3 first came out, Jagex had become familiar with what the bot does, after studying it since V1. While it was still very safe, and in the last month there were no bans at all, it was no longer 100% safe, like before.

When the new bot is complete it will be impossible for Jagex to tell whether the actions being performed fall into the pattern of a bot user, because there will no longer be any pattern. Each bot will be quite different, and no sensitive information on how the bot operates will be available through reverse engineering. Other improvements include, 3d vision, so the bot can work at any camera angle, and it will also work on any brightness setting. The way it navigates will be much more intelligent, meaning it will be more human-like and more reliable, and less likely to terminate early.
V4 will be the last major update on the MTA bot for a while. The PC bot will follow shortly after, taking advantage of the lessons we've learned from the MTA bot.
I can understand people being disappointed with the delays. I wasn't originally planning to include things like 3d vision, because of the difficulty of programming it, and wasn't even sure it would be possible, but decided it would be worth delaying a few more days if I can get it in, as human players obviously play the game this way. It took longer to debug than expected, but is done now and working perfectly, it makes coding the minigames and any future bots much easier, as well as better quality. To summarise, the expected release date may be pushed back, and it's difficult to make decisions where you have to weigh up whether a few days delay is worth the benefit of adding new features, but I don't think you guys will be disappointed with the bot when it comes out. It is getting close now, and I'll keep you posted.

 

just wondering so it will be virtualy impossible for jagex to ban us?? unless we over use it or abuse it or w/e

i hope so lol i got lucky still didnt get banned...using it in last couple of weeks beore graphics updates..and i botted around 8 hours a day...i just need some barrage and ill be all kl =p

All of us are happy. The problem is abuse which frankly is quite avoidable, people choose exp and RSGP over safety which I suppose makes sense to some people who have other lives outside RS, but you must realize that control is key.

Well. Robotz posted about 3 days ago. So i'm not sure. It might be released on the 24th but Robotz did say he might need soem adjustments.

 

Ya I think it is going to be pushed back well past July and into August, but I'm all for it, anything to make sure my pure is safe. I really do owe my pure to you Robotz so I hope I speak for everyone when I say,

Idk I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens when robotz gets on, today hopefully lol. Anyone remember hose much it costs for unlimited hours is it $100 or $200? I think it was $200 but I'm hoping $100 lmao.
