    Isn't it returned items return too your bag once they are returned because of logout? Of possibly it's just in your back, and not the collection box. If this was a scam. Maybe it works when your GE is full. It's a possibilty to try

    It's not in the collection box

    You talk to the banker, don't right click

    Talk to him and ask him to see the returned items box
