Apparently I "copied" this guide from other people, which is total bullshit. Thanks to Jr. He completely fucked over every chance of selling this guide with his claims.
But hey, who cares. I've decided to give this out for free.

Out of the Grand Exchange

Hello, my name is Merchant of Crystal Tears and I’m here to teach you a few things
About making money off the Grand Exchange.
To start off there are TWO types of ways to make big cash off the G.E first is Merchanting (ITS NOT FUCKING DEAD) and the other part is Investing.

Merchanting:
Everyone claims that merchanting is NOT possible, yet I they have to be blind to not realize that it hasn’t been destroyed. Anyone can make cash off the grand exchange by buying items low selling them high.

“But theres a 4 hour limit on selling and buying?!?!”
True, there is. To bypass that limit you must change the product.

“What do you mean change the product?”
Take example you buy armor pieces for full Dragon armor, you buy all pieces between cheapest and medium price so lets say you spent 10.3M, after having all the items you turn them into a set at the Grand Exchange and sell at medium or a few thousand gp below medium. PATIENCE is key, it takes about one second - all day to sell something depending on the DEMAND of that item. After selling you get 10.5M in return. Easy cash, right?

“Oh my god this works! But it takes to long >:|”
Well if you try to sell a set a bit lower than medium your making a good deal for the buyer, the lower you put the set the higher you are in line to sell it. I wouldn’t put any set within 50K of what you paid for the pieces.

“What sets and items work and don’t?”
Well mostly anything works as long as there is a demand of that item. Lets take Mystic clothing as an example, once people get 40 magic they might want to buy some Mystic even if the price is low for the total set people demand it, most of the time they can’t get black or white mystic at a med price so there forced to pay MAX price (5% of more than med). So you could buy any pieces to the armor you see in demand and sell the full set back to the G.E for med or between lowest and med. TAKE CAUTION test an item out first before you put all your cash on it! Sets that I HAVE tried and waited three days on without having to forfeit selling it lowest to get my cash back are Guthans, Trimmed armors, Wizard trimmed armors, Torag, Dharok, and Zamorak blessed ranger sets. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DON’T TOUCH THOSE ITEMS AS FOR YOU WILL LOOSE CASH.

“Hmm, this sounds so good. How much cash can you make off this daily?”
Well it depends, I had 3.9M four days ago and I decided to buy some armor, seeing that I got about 60K cash back on buying pieces I tested and turned it into a set and sold medium price within a minute. Buying one set at a time for a few hours until I could afford two sets was probaly the best part, as for I’ve never had over 15M. After I hit an amount to buy two sets I x2 the profit, three sets x3 the profit. At the moment I am doing an amazing amount of 1M-5M A DAY thats up to 150M a month! Once you find a decent set and settle in and pass 10-15 sets a time, your money will jump so a point where you could cry. Within four days I made over 21.3M GP. If you are interested in buying at this point and need to see my cash for verification I will show.


Now once you get a whopping 100M+ I’d prefer to Invest.
Investing is a simple process but takes a brain, to start off I’d say atleast have 100M to make a reasonable profit. Most items that you invest in should have a DEMAND in recently Saradomin Sword and Barrows God Sword had been jumping prices like crazy thanks to the A_C_I_D_Y clan chat. If you stick around there for a bit you will see that they say the items there investing in, at the moment they are doing Guthan sets (I don’t trust those not much of a demand at all, again caution most people cant sell there sets back), Dragon med helms are on the rise again for them, and Bandos Tassets and Chest piece.

So what you basicly do in Investing is hold on to an item that has a price going up daily, by checking Grand Exchange Beta on the front page you can see the price updates and percentage of the rise/loss of that item. It’s mostly like stock markets. I have very little experience in Investing to be honest, but I did stick around in that clan chat for a few days before the graphic update and saw Dragon meds where bein bought out. Made 3M in two days off those :].
If your investing with the A_C_I_D_Y clan chat don’t visit once a day, I’d prefer you stay in that clan chat for a bit and see when they say “dump (this item)” Which means sell the item you have invested in into the exchange as it has rised enough for a profitable amount.

Again, take caution on this! Items don’t have a 100% chance of rising so you may loose money! I’d prefer you watch an item a day after they say buy it, If it rised in price the next day ID suggest you buy a reasonable amount.

Hmm ty mate, great investing/merchanting guide. However, there are investing clans who rig an item, meaning they clear the whole stock to increase demand for the certain item. That is why sometiems investing is by luck mate.

 

What you mean is that I saved everybody else from buying a worthless piece of garbage guide.

There's NOTHING correct in your guide that didn't appear in Merchant's guide, my parents' guides, or Satomex's guide. You also obviously don't understand the buy-sell concept of sets. It isn't a straight formula for all sets. Inexpensive sets have a higher profit margin than expensive sets, and sets which sell in higher volume have a larger profit margin than sets which sell in lower volume. The profit margin per inexpensive set (like Mystic Robs) should be about 8.5-9% (in other words, you buy the pieces for near minimum and sell them for near maximum); with an expensive set (like Dharok's or Guthan's), it's more like 2-2.5% (you try to buy the pieces for a bit below market, and sell the set for a bit above market). On top of that, you got two of the sets totally wrong. Except for the predicted down cycle in the past week (which will turn the other way in a few days), Guthans and Dharok's are the two HOTTEST sets to merchant, outside of the Mystic Robes. We've made hundreds of of millions off of Barrows sets in the past four months. Also, a few armour groups actually sell better individually than as sets, and you can make money buying the sets and selling the armour in pieces. The point is that there's no one method that covers everything.

Thank you! Some of you people are so ungrateful. My main was hacked trying to prove my guide worked for crying out loud.
And junior, actually Dharok DOES work. Thats the set I used for cash to be honest, but I'm one of the reasons the set is crashing. I bought all pieces chepaest (9 sets a time) took me about three hours then sold the set 4K - 10K below min. Profit around 120K each time.

I will test this out but I suggest flipping back and forth. What I mean is instead of always buying peices and selling in sets. Some sets are worth more so Buy sets and sell pieces. But Not sure if that would work so great. If this guide makes me some money cause I also only have 3.4m. I went from 70m merchanting before updates to being hacked and having no money and no way to make money after the updates, besides skilling and that takes a LOOOOOONG time.
