How not to get banned?

I want to use a bot (auto mouse mover/clicker) but my friends keep telling me about how easy it is to get banned, and how runescape has auto detecters :-S...

I don't know how to prevent that? Anyone have any suggestions :S? I will always be watching the screen, I just don't want to click or anything lol ...

 

i say listen to your friend.

Also, even if you are watching they will detect that your clicking in the exact spots every time, and then be banned.

 

whatever bot you use make sure it makes human like mistakes and also don't auto for more then 8 hours a day otherwise you'll be banned instantly

 

Basicly what they said. Any bot has a chance to get banned no matter what, don't use for more then 10 hours a day or 8..

yeah mbeck1 is right, if you don't want to get banned, its not that hard, just don't auto and do it yourself...if its like teleing or somting or alching then its not that hard...


if it's fishing then its way to easy, same with cooking...nomatter the skill...just don't auto or else you most likely will get banned...and if you are that desprete to cheat...try it on another account and see how undetectable it is...

 

i used A autowood cutty for like 19 hours st8 i dont know if i just got lucky of what but i didet get banned im never going to do it again though

 

getting a good bot with built in or manual pixel and time variation, for small jobs, has brought nothing but success for me. a friend of mine however, just got a 10 day ban a day ago for using darth click, but he did use it for abou 3 hours straight on the same job without stopping.


intelligent and sparingly used autoclicking brings nothing but good. but if you stare at your magic level and yearn to auto your way from 53 to 99, well... dont auto.

I dont think they will IP ban you only, they will most likely just ban that account...BTW everytime i try to use a proxy on RS it shoes the red 'X' at the top left of the window...

 

well.. i use rsbot with one of the built in scripts, "rimmington anything miner" made by Linux_Communist... it's awesome i have been useing it for like 4 days now and mined and banked 17k iron from lvl 53 mining till 69 atm... it have been autoing 24/7 but it takes random breaks from 2 minutes to over 15 houres so it is like a human takes breaks for sleeping and eating and going to the bathroom and so on... im going for lvl 85 mining... and i can absolutley recommend it!

 

Use like 5 accounts per 24 hours, I don't think they can trace your IP Play Time, but only the Account Play Time.

Just be wary and do check up on the accounts. Also use one with a Random-Detector.

 

Wow... 4 days and it's earned roughly 1.7m?=s you could make that in less then a day ... lol but still your doing no work at all

Yeah, I've hear a couple of stories that they can trace your IP address play time. They can't! LOL! Well there have been some cases were peoples IP address have been found with TOO MUCH play time so yeah..W00t!!!! 10k KC at barrows.. W00t 10k = TOO MANY!Reward: 237 Chaos, 45 Death, 28 Bolt Racks...

 

You will get banned they have new detection software stuff.

wow, read the first page about the IP address ban. this clearly tells that they can trace you IP play time, no worries tho just disconnect your modem... then plug in after 5 minutes-new IP address.
Once your IP Banned you can't axes 'Runescape' or 'FunOrb' Websites
dw there alot of sites you can download new IP or.. just do what i said above
