Short version for vouch purposes:

I bought the guide from Updownallaround. Nothing new or earth shaking, but the sheer volume of methods presented makes it worth the $3 or pin. Recommended.

Long version:

I just bought this guide (or rather, my mother did), and we read through it.

The guide is quite long, and it covers a large number of gold-making methods. None of them are new or earth-shaking, but the sheer volume of methods makes it worth $3.

I did several copy and paste attempts on Google. I got no hits on any of it, so the author typed all of this up himself, rather than just ripping it from other places. He appears to have put a lot of work into it.

All of the methods he presents still work (as far as I know). Some of the money-per-hour estimates were off.

For the record: Merchant's method is not mentioned or hinted at anywhere in the guide.

Some (but not all) of the methods require some skill or combat levels. Some methods require a member account, while others can be used by F2P players.

My mother has made some recommendations to the author for changing/clarifying/adding to the guide, so the release that you buy will probably be better than what we bought.

Recommended for $3. I certainly wouldn't pay a lot more for it, but it's worth $3/pin/etc. just to have everything in one handy place to browse through or refer to. It would also be good for somebody who gets bored by doing the same thing over and over, so he/she can do different things to make gold with.

EDIT: My mother said that out of the 40 or so guides she's bought here on Sythe, this one ranks in the top 5. That's not necessarily saying a lot though, considering that many of the guides bought were worthless or ripped from other guides.

We IM'd him on his MSN name. We sent him the $3. He sent us the guide. There isn't a big danger to that, since he's getting a whopping $3 and sending you a (very long) Microsoft document for it.
