- Wrongful Banning- Someone elses actions? - Rules that I can not find? -

First I will start out with why they say I was banned:

Odd I am told I am responsible for my IP, I have looked all of the forums for this 'Sticky'. It is a shame it is not made?

Also a few things to just point and throw out there:

Anyways lets get to it.

I believe I was banned for my brothers actions, I am not sure when, and I do not know exactly anything about it due to he is at summer camp.

My brothers user 'Coder' is temporarily banned for either spamming, something with signatures I am not sure.

I think it is messed up, I do not see why this is my fault, the only time in these forums where you have to pay the price for others actions are when your account is hacked and they scam.

No where does it say it is against the rules.
I was also accused of ban evading?

I would like some proof that this is not true, until I get it I see no reason why I should be blamed for this.

As well think about it like this, (This is not what happened it is just a scenario) so many people in the UK, and other places are forced to use Proxy's that a lot of people use each day to get on Sythe. If one of those people spam, scam, or do anything to get them banned anyone who used that IP/Proxy is banned?

For a start, when Darren said 'beat me in that debate and I'll unban you' was a somewhat complex version of 'you're not getting unbanned.' (God cannot be proven, etc.)

Secondly, it may well be an unwritten rule that you're responsible for your IP, but no matter how much you whine, you are responsible for your IP and the accounts on it.

As an account on your IP was banned, you have essentially been ban evading.

 

And let's be honest, if you made an account called "Finn's Bitch" you obviously have another Sythe account. Go crave attention someplace else, you're a joke.
