Going soon so can some please answer my question. I've been scammed out of many account's and stuff and i've quit Runescape (best choice ever).

Runescape is getting on my nerves and I can't be arsed trading account's because of scammer's. Though, I still have account's left over from trade's.

Is it against the rule's to give away these account's for free? I'm not asking for a vouch or anything, though it would be highly appriciated. I just don't need the account's.
