i think you misunderstand. my offer of repayment was a gesture of goodwill that I am under no obligation whatsoever to offer, i simply did it out of the kindness of my heart as I felt bad about the previous worker, and that none of this would have happened if he didnt bot agility on the original account. Since you and your friend have decided to go around bm'ing me, why would i offer this? what sense would that make? As I told you, and is the reason for this thread, I would rather have it all discussed in the open

it wasn't a 'rando community member' as you claimed
you admit that I personally am not responsible for the original account being botted as you claimed and slandered me with (although potentially accountable)

and Yes it is a random community member, we met on Runescape and where both starting a HCIM at the same time and decided to make it a little competitive

and even if we were to be friends, him being a friend has nothing to do with him talking about you, just because someone is a friend doesn't make his problems mine?

I offered compensation in the form of rebuilding the account for you, unfortunately it was an account that you had chosen to bot. I dont see why i should have to pay you money on top of that wasted time. The screenshots are all there that i rebuilt the account by hand and thus compensated you for the lost account, the fact that it was banned is of no relevance to me.

 

You offered compensation in the form of a full refund of the service cost and membership cost, but you seem to keep jumping away from that, your main argument of slander is against another member, not me! Whether I know him or
Not is of no relevance to this dispute, and what he said should not effect this dispute

 

And I am personally asking for the 2 sythe mods who told Nostalgia to not refund to message me or, let me know the names, as I would like to contact them personally about the situation

 

So the original account that @Karthick botted on and got banned was to be compensated by training the new account. This was agreed to by @FreshLynx (link, link). The replacement account had been played on before and towards the end of their agreement the account received a macro ban.

Due to the inconvenience caused and the fact that his account was worth more than the compensation provided @FreshLynx will be owed 5M 07 to resolve this.

Please let me know once this has been resolved @FreshLynx & @nostalgla.

 

Can you also tell him to stop sending his buddies into my pms to slander me, and call me a "Disgusting Rat" and such? also to stop slandering me to others on discord, thanks will let you know when he pays
