    Hello there, this is Finn's Bitch here! So it looks like you have some sleeping problems bud. I feel your pain, man not being able to fall asleep took a huge toll on my daily life, whether it was being to tired to think, to weak, the list just goes on and on!

    The guide you are reading right now, is put together to be able to help you, these methods in this guide helped me myself.

    Now to know how to fix this problem, we need to know what exactly is the problem here.

    Here are some different reasons this may be happening:

    1) An overused mind, we are all only human! We all need to give our minds a break :confused:!

    2) Sometimes it is simple as just some muscle aches or to much physical activity =@!
    forgotten
    3) Something may be worrying you, maybe if you fall asleep and you wake up, you fear something bad will happen? A simple word for all of this may just be depression which can easily be resolved :eek:!

    4) Plain as a lumpy mattress or a bad pillow. Simple but may be a pain :( !

    5) What you do during the day can sometimes affect how you fall asleep

    Now I will answer the above points, I wish I could do all the other reasons but a girl can only do so much o_O!

    Now for problem #1:

    Now you have just had a long day, so much happened your mind is filled with so many thoughts you feel as if you have to barf :sick:!

    All this going on keeps your body from falling asleep :'( !

    Now to fix this you have to clear your mind!

    To do this follow the following steps:

    1) Something I usually find helpful to do first is to play some calming music. Get your mind off all the annoying things, let your body forget them.

    2) Once you have listened to music for a while turn off your radio/i-pod/etc. Now play the tune over and over in your head, let your head bob to the musics beat... just keep thinking about how nice it is....

    3) Close your eyes, turn off all the lights, and just fall asleep...

    If that was your problem then mission complete you are now asleep and you feel great :cool:!

    Problem #2:

    You just got home, from softball, lacrosse, or any other physical activity.

    You are extremely tired and achy all over...
    All you want to do is fall asleep. But as soon as you lie down this pain in your back keeps you up =@!

    Here are the steps to fixing this:


    1) Stand straight up
    2) Look down at your toes, starting just releasing the power of the muscles.. let your neck, and arms start moving towards your toes.
    3) When you can't make it any further jump your back up backwards, when you hear a satisfied *Crack*. You will feel a little relief :nuts:!
    4) Now, even though you feel a little better you most likely feel sore in your legs. Take a standing position with your legs apart from each other lean over and put pressure on each leg.
    5) Once your calves are a little stretched you have to bring your legs up backwards, try to make them reach your head, when you finally get to the point where it feels relief you are done!

    If that was your problem you are now asleep and well :laugh:!

    Now for Problem 3:

    You have just lost a loved one, or a pet has died, or something has happened emotionally in your life :'(.

    You feel as if you go to sleep you will wake up and loose yet another person.

    Here is how you will fix this:

    What I like to do is get a hug first from my mother or father or a loved one before I lye down.

    Keep a picture of the people you love the most deceased, or not the picture will help you.

    Hug the picture to you, imagine a happy time with the person, start closing your eyes.

    Your mind should start relaxing... you feel better... you fall asleep :cool:!

    You are now better :D!

    Now Problem #4 is not something I can really detail about but I will do my best now here is what you do:

    For pillows something I like are tempurpedic pillows, it fits your neck and you feel great, its the same for beds.

    Problem #5 is pretty self explanatory do not do something like bungee jumping or that new horror film when its a night you need to go to sleep on time or correctly, because your mind will still be thinking about such shocks.
