Then you win. If I can't rely on faith for my argument, then I wouldn't be able to give an argument. What you are really looking for is proof, which I cannot provide. I have said that several times.

Then quite literally, your views regarding God are irrational.

No, because that would mean your definition of irrational is "without proof". You're saying every single person with a religion or belief is irrational. How can that be?

    Allow me to quote myself:

Faith is irrational. Faith has no place in a logical debate.

I have said no such thing. My only claim is that faith is irrational.

    Belief > Faith
    Religion > Belief

    Religion/Belief/Faith

    That's what you are implying.

Just out of curiosity, how do you think the world was created? And please don't say evolution.

Ok then I got this one.
The Univserse began with expansion of hot gas otherwise known as the Big Bang.
Im lazy so Im going to just quote what I found for my Biology paper.

"Immediately after the explosion the small space was filled with energy (as radiation) and had an extreme high temperature, one milion billion billion billion (10 wtih 32 zeros) degrees Kelvin, this stage is called the primordial fireball.

In a fraction of a second elementary matter came into existence: protons, neutrons and electrons, followed by a very fast expansion (inflation). Since the beginning the Universe cools down and expands more and more. This time is called the radiation era, as electromagnetic radiation was the most important thing in the Universe.

After several hundred thousand years the temperature drop was large enough for atoms to develop from elementary particles, in particular hydrogen and helium, this is called the matter era.

After 300,000 years the Universe had cooled down enough to become transparent for radiation, at that time the first Galaxies arose."

It goes on with proof of the Big Bang.

To me, that is all shit. Sorry.

To think that, all of a sudden, out of NOTHING (no atoms, particles, molecules, electrons, protons, gas) the Universe suddenly decides to explode into something is unbelievable. Scientists have not been able to create matter. Clone yes, create no.

God, I believe, is the only one who can do that. So, your logic is flawed if you believe in Evolution.

    Incorrect:

A classic example of the Argument ad Ignoratum: "I don't know what created the world, therefore, God did it".

Side note - there is a major difference between evolution and the creation of the world.

There is evidence supporting the big bang, You can still see today the effects of the big bang, everything is still moving from that initial "bang". Also creationism is where you believe the universe came from nothing, came from a imaginary guy clicking his fingers and making it appear.

You do realise that to do so you would need to brake the law of conservation of energy? matter cannot be created or destroyed. Which is another reason why creationism fails.

Dude, you need a lot of education on this topic. There is huge amounts of proof that supports evolution. Christians today have accepted evolution as true as they cannot turn there backs on such truths because to teach children to do such things is wrong. The funny thing is when you base your argument on the disbelieve on evolution even tho your religion doesn't disbelieve in it.
And how is our logic flawed for believing in something that is strongly supported with evidence? You have no reason to believe in god.

Show me evidence that the Big Bang created the universe.

Tezlin, you need to do some research before posting. First off, you think evolution describes how the universe was created, which is way off.

You also say that the Big Bang theory states that the universe came to be out of nothing, which is also completely wrong. Creationists are the ones who believe that the universe came out of nothing, although that is, as you put it, unbelievable.

Stop being ignorant, seek the truth, even if it means reading up on something you don't agree with.

Your local library, a university professor knowledgeable on the matter, or for god's sake(ha that's ironic) GOOGLE. You can read until you're blue in the face on the matter without getting out of your computer chair.

You haven't studied your theories properly.

CREATIONISM is the concept that says "all of this came from nothing."

Then why are you a Christian? Why believe in something you feel is incorrect?

That's not ignorance. That's just stupidity.

You can believe in God without believing that the Bible is correct. But I wouldn't call it "being Christian".

You can be a Christian and not believe in the Bible, (as long as you have faith in Jesus and God) just like you can believe in evolution and The Big Bang, and still rationalize it to fit in with your belief in an almighty Creator.
