(possibly) more secure way of trading accounts

This one involves a middleman, but as we all know the account seller can still recover the account sometimes so I thought of this to try to stop it.

It takes a few days but hopefully it makes it more secure.

This is mainly for paypal or rgsp trades with the account recoveries SET.

Seller - person selling account

buyer - person buying the account

middleman - middleman

Step 1 (optional) - seller goes to freinds house and changes their password so it looks like the account has been stolen.

Step 2 - Seller gives all recovery information they have to the middleman, buyer gives the money to the middleman.

Step 3 - Middleman recovers the account - if unsuccseful after a couple of tries, gives money back to buyer and deal is off

Step 3 - buyer gives new recovery data to middleman who sets it, if the seller recovers the account before the recoveries are out of pending the deal is off and the middleman gives the money back to the buyer.

Step 4 - middleman gives the password to the buyer and the money to the seller

Does anyone agree that this would make it a lot harder for account sellers to recover the account? Since a middleman is involved it could also be made mandatory to have a verified paypal to stop chargebacks.
