[Read] New Runescape Skill - Sailing? [Proof]

Oh well, as long as they dont release a knitting skill. Still a pretty stupid idea, though.

sailing idea has been out forever.

 

Yeah, I know. It's just after the Highscores thing that happend I had to make a thread.

 

maybe if there making it quicker to get places they could be adding onto the size of the map. most likley not just a thought

 

There is a lot of proof that the Sailing skill is going to come out. I am looking forward to the new skill because with each skill there is new benefits which always seem to help us.

 

Yeah, I don't know really. I thought summoning was a bit crappy since it was sort of a nooby way of getting your combat up. But, this seem's a bit wierd. I don't know what to think really. Anyone else want to add there oppinion's?

 

Sounds like a new island than a new skill. The first picture with the Sailing skill can be easily photoshopped. I'm sure Jagex wouldn't purposely put that up there. The quote from when the mod was talking can just be an introduction to the new island. Besides sailing sounds like a stupid skill and if Jagex really made it, I'm sure they would get a lot of rants about it.

I agree. How would you get xp? That's the thing that puzzle's me. Anyway, to Decisive and everyone else who has said, that picture is not photoshoped. No, it's not my picture but when I was searching the HighScores I saw that also. A while later I typed in Sailing on Youtube and got that picture.

Sailing . Actually , it's not a bad idea but I don't know if it will be fun. I guess we won't know unless it's there.

I think it's not a half decent idea. It's definately an odd one out but I think it's just going to be for travelling to place's quicker. Like the higher your level is, the more far away place's you'll be able to go to. Hopefully it won't be another way to easily raise your combat, though.

 

Yeah it is really odd, Farming Sucked because it took hours, days then weeks, Construction Sucked because it wastes millions, Hunter Sucked because it was boring and it just sucked and Summoning was the lame ass way to get your combat up. That and it sucked.

This may just be another crappy skill from the peanut gallery but who knows maybe it will be fun.

 

Yeah, I agree. Just a wierd skill. I say it al the time but - Can anyone think how you'd be able to get your xp up? That puzzle's me.

 

Perhaps the skill is not sailing, but its a transportation skill that is more advanced then teleporting. But the clues suggest it will be sailing.

 

i think its possible, runescape is becoming totally retarded slowly lol, it would just be another useless skill again thought, like all the other new ones.

 

The youtube video could have easily been forged. As for cape, he didnt say skill cape, he simply said cape.

Truth be told, it could or could not be true. There is certainly a few ideas that people use to make accusations as these.

My opinion, that only a person who is intentionally trying to find evidence of sailing, would have found such. Which makes the evidence, sorry to say, biased and unreliable.

Heres my reasoning... If a artist draws a picture, say, of a bunch of sticks laying in a pile. If someone is trying to find a letter in the pile of sticks, they will. If they are not looking for anything, all they will see is sticks.


This idea works with what you are presenting now. If I want to look at the banner and say, hes in a boat, he has a cape i dont recognize, sailing!


It doesnt work like that...

Honestly, it could, it could not, noone will know until/if it gets released.
