Buying SAFE runescape account

I know this is my first post but I always browse this section. Unfortunately in the past month was scammed by two chinese companies that advertise on the web (rsloads and gold4rs) so I am taking a bit of pre-caution.

I am looking for an account to buy (if possible not more than 200USD and payable with paypal).

Requisites of the account should be range at least 90, Good defence/attack/prayer since my intention is to do armadyl (at least my previous account that got scammed was like this).

No time wasters and seller needs to be vouched by a mod.

i also bought from www.rsloads.com , i bought an acc (they didnt scam) then bought 30m but they always invented excuses like : sorry we have had an accident coz of that earthquake,....
tell me how they scammed you mate , im kinda interested.

Also, i waited 5 months for those 30m , i never got them and i told my bank that i didnt make thay payment

its funny but I remember when I bought the account they brought the excuse of the earthquake

well I bought the account from them and after 20 days they hacked it and took me all (around 50mil worth) then it was banned from runescape since they noticed the RWT and that I had bought the account Afterwards I bought from gold4rs another account for USD250 and as well after 23 days exactly (exactly last night) password changed and after banned and locked. To all dont trust these chinese sites..they are all the same ...

 

It's kinda hard having a seller vouched by a mod, not many of those.

sorry guys but I was scammed twice.....the account the guy above sold me had spent loads of money on it...had 150mil on it that half of it bought from R2Pleasant few weeks ago....

I wish to thank 2 people here : R2Pleasent and DarkXCore that both are legit guys and honest ppl not like Mitchartz & Trumiz.
