Buying Runescape Account paying USD

Alright guys, I'm a new member to Sythe. I came here to honestly buy just 1 runescape account and get back to the game, I'm not a big-time blackmarketer or anything I just can't bare to start from level 3 back to 100's+mills. Anyway here it goes.

I want to buy a good runescape account level 110+ with good skills. I'm looking for a total level of 1800+ with at least a fire cape, whip, torso, defender and some sort of god book(s).

I also want the account to have a decent bank, dosen't need to be rich but have everyday materials to build up, I'm not asking for more than about 10m cash + items, if possible I will take more of course. Just be sure to include placeholder items for some of the common items along with a decent set of runes and such.

Now payment will be done through paypal because my dad's paypal account is all I got. I googled real world trading and to make you feel safe I'm willing to give my phone number, address, real name, etc. I think 50/50 is fair but we can work out who goes first or last or hire a "middleman".

I'm paying around 150 USD. I'm 16 and my parents won't let me have a job, I get $10 a day so I'll need until the 1st week of August to get all the money together.

I'm hoping the good people here at Sythe can guide me to a new runescape account. If you see anyone on this thread trying to be dishonest or scam me please tell me but I do have the common sense and wisdom to spot tricks and suspicious characters.

 

150 dollars is a very low price for what you are asking for. i would suggest upping the amount you are willing to spend if you want to obtain such an account.

 

Wow really? I thought I was giving a decent offer considering I just want a good skiller account with just some good items.

How much do you think it will cost to get an account near what I'm aiming for?

 

Also to my cash offer I can add a guild wars account with 4 level 20's and good max armors and builds for all of them.

I've got Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall on them which cost like 40-50 each.

The level 20's are a Ranger, Warrior, Ritualist, and Assassin and also there's a level 17 Monk.
