Jagex removed blackmarck from my account!!!

Don't remember the dates but what all happened (braked rule, appealed, and blackmarck removed) from 2008 Jun - Jully 14.

Dear customer support,
I would like to apologize, and explain:
First thing i was saying is to report one player for flooding, how you said i
n rule1.
At the end i was saying some things like "******" to say them i use
d shift+8. As you said only offensive wan saying ex. : "s***" , but
i wasn't saying like whys! i was saying only "*****", and in rule1
saying its not offensive.

Also if you ask how many black marks i had: i had 0.1 out of 10 !!! yes! 0.1!!!!

Nice they removed me 2 blackmarks. Now I have .2

 

Had 1.5 black marks removed from my account as well.

 

I had a black mark for advertising websites... I appealed cuz all i said was runehq. they accepted and took of my black mark. I was like. Runehq is not another MMO so it has no competition with you. It is not a runescape cheating website so it is in your favor. This is not a fair offense. Please reconsider.

Have I missed something in the picutre? I dont see the removal of your black marks just whats been said about the change in their appeal system.

Yes, the black marks still remain on your account, but if you're in the green zone it doesn't tell you how many you have.

I'm pretty sure they only count as 0.1

 

They removed 5 from mine, I was their slave for about a year, but it payed off. Good job.

Ya i got that same problem, Jagex removed my blackmarks i was in the yellow zone but now im in the green zone

 

I still have all ten of my black marks... Still in the red zone. Still on a last chance. And they shouldn't even be there. They were given ages ago when 1 macroing offence gave you 10 black marks. It should now be 0.2, but I still have them "/

 

same happened to me i had round 0.5 marks and i was muted by a p mod next day i found out i got unmuted about 2 days early i checked my status my acc was bak in the green zone and all my offenses got deffered.
