I thought this was reversed?!?

I got this infraction for spamming because I said "lock this thread"


I didn't know it was against the rules, and I am sorry.

But, I made an appeal and it got reversed. But now after the appeal, Finniscool randomly assigned the infraction back to my record??

Eric reversed it, he said it clearly on the last post.

 

The xfire infractions were both reversed.

 

May I simply ask, why was that second one tacked on? Finniscool just decided to give me another infraction, although he knew it was reversed already?

Why did he bother? Do you think he was mad at me?

I don't really think thats right..

I don't know you would have to ask Finn. He infracted you twice for the same post so I don't know what his deal is.

 

Eric decided that you shouldn't have been infracted on the basis of what he claimed to be 'talkin' to him 4 a bit.'

Obviously this isn't an appropriate reason to reverse the infraction.

I confirmed with x9 that it was indeed Backseat Moderating, but as far as I was concerned, it was also spamming. Therefore I re added the infraction.

 

Sorry about that anyhow..
But I joined in June, I skimmed through all the regular rules, and I read the terms of agreement, unlike most people would .


Now, I don't read posts in the "Report A Scammer" forum, well, until after I was reported of course. I didn't even know that there was rules in that forum! I thought it was strictly for reporting people...

You should pretty much have an idea of what I always report people for, double posting/flaming. Other than that, I never knew about backseat modding.

Very sorry about the concerns and I know about it now and won't let it happen again.

I'm not happy with the Adminisrator who is persistently reversing it.

The Administrator in question knows quite well that it's backseat modding/spamming, and I'm simply trying to vindicate our own policies.

Shinoda AND x9 have confirmed that it deserved infracting, and subsequently Shinoda banned him for two days.

Oh well.
