Hot_el2 scammed by recovering account.

Thank you for this Stud. Professional, understanding, and goes out his way to help in a situation that isn’t his fault. Lets shoot for more Studs in the community and less Hot_el2’s

 

Scammer has officially viewed the thread, as well responded on Discord with the same unhelpful, and sad excuse.

 

User DNT'd, @Hot_el2 would you like to make this right?

 

Buyer had access to the account got locked because of some reason on his end submitted the account to be unlocked which worked i had requested a email change which can take days to complete

Please note i stated that i am not responsible for anything that happens to the account Joshua had agreed that its on his end

 

Since the beginning I was under the impression the account was Full Access, and I would get the email. Then after the GP is traded all of a sudden the "Account is not full access and the email is disabled" which is not true to what was stated originally, and the email is indeed still accessible.

Now Hot_el2 tried to cover his tracks and edited the messages in Discord where it was stated he had full Access of the account... I will attach those below.

In regards to the other statement about the Email, it was stated to me and Stud that it was a Disabled gmail that used to be a school email, but oddly enough Google still recognizes it as a email that is in access.

In my opinion Hot_el2 has done more than enough to show shady behavior and scammer tendencies, From lying about emails, to not even letting stud hold 200m OSRS GP when account was locked No more than 10 seconds after trade, he continues to show a careless, and unhelpful attitude while participating in trades.

All in all i'd like to thank you for recognizing this thread and trying to help officiate an agreement for us to come to, I contacted Zach (Hot_el2), and let him know if he refunds 125m (75m less than the trade value) I will be happy, and satisfied with this "trade".... If he can agree to that i'd like to see no one penalized, and us moving on to other more important things in the community.

 

@Hot_el2 - You are to refund @Joshua Smith or you will be banned

 

Btw I think it should be noted that the OSRS user that I traded the GP too was “Jumpman” and a user named xJumpman liked the reply in which I was thanking Stud on this thread... I do believe this is another one of his Sythe accounts, although I’m not 100% sure.... Hot_el2 has also refused to respond about the refund and it looks like he is going to be unwilling to agree to ur request.

 

Has there been any progress to this @Joshua Smith? As for the jumpman claim you would need to provide more evidence of that. A similar name is not enough.

 

I understand just thought I would note it so the people who viewed would be cautious... Anyways I guess that’s it, no word from his end, I’m assuming I’m just out 200m at this point.
