    Hey guys! Trying to recover the password on my account as I've forgotten it, can send the recovery email as I have access to that but I've bought a new phone since so don't have access to the authenticator, can you help me out?

    Hello LaezurLoL,

    First off, if you saved it, enter your long 2FA backup code that you were prompted to keep when setting up 2FA where you would normally enter your short codes.

    When requesting a 2FA removal, please note the administrative team needs proof of two or more of the following things:
    • Post from a home IP - You are posting from a VPN.
    • Recovery phone number
    • Current email address
    • Skype/Discord used in the past or present
    • If you have donated directly through PayPal;
      • Transaction date and amount
      • PayPal email
    Failure to provide aforementioned details when requesting 2FA removal may result in a delay.

    If you cannot provide what is required, then you MUST prove without a reasonable doubt that you are the true owner of your account. If you are unable to do this, your 2FA will NOT be removed.

    Here's all the details you wanted, as well as I can remember them.

    Phone Number -[redacted] (this is the old phone, my new number is [redacted])
    Current email: [redacted]
    Discord: Laezur#1744 (this is in some of my service threads, and I can speak to you on there to verify)
    I purchased [redacted]

    I don't have the 2FA auth code saved so just need it removing so that I can put a new one back on
