he told me on chat im gonna check something wait 5minutes then the chats dissapears so i got no log of the chat we had, now i cant get in touch with them through their website piegp.com

Explanation of the trade: i bought through their website piegp.com 12m 07 for creditcard payment
How they scammed: they told me to wait 5minutes because they said they needed to check something and after that the chat dissapeared so i got no proof of the chat only picture of confirmed payment and on history they have clicked cancel and they just logged off and i lost 10.6$

@paygoo gift - You're going to need to provide evidence of you working it out with G2A because there is clear evidence you opened up a dispute on Paypal. I have given you a DNT for the time being.

yes please i tryed to find the guy or talk to him but i dont have him on my skype anymore i had problems with network been on the sea lately so couldnt fix that mess up.

 

If the 'guy' you are referring to is @JustWater, that is false. This is your account, it has the exact geolocation and shares the same paypal email you used.

 

@paygoo gift - the manager of piegp has contacted me and supplied more evidence that this order was charged back and nothing has been resolved. Seeing as though this was through G2A and you claim you did 'resolve' it with them, I suggest contacting G2A support with your order number to help us with this situation.
