How to Prevent Athlete's Foot

Whats an Athlete's Foot?
Are you a runner? Or do you like to take walks frequently? It doesn't matter which sport you do or dont do any sports at at all. Athlete's Foot can occur if water or in most cases sweat, builds up between your toes. When sweat or water builds up between your toes it starts to heat up since if your walking or running. When it heats up bacteria reproduces around your toes. Trust me if you think its ntohing, just ask me or Cody we run a lot ask us if we've had it before we've had it before :'( Athlete's foot is annoying,itchy,and it smells owful.

How Does It Go Away?
Athlete's foot will nto go away unless you take action against it. The sooner the better.Just take these simple proceduers I've found out through advice and a little bit of testing

Steps:
1.Dry your feet after you take a bath, swimming, or running. Always use a towel

2.If your running make sure you have the right shoes, have shoes with airholes or your feet cant breathe.

3.Change your socks often. WEAR CLEAN SOCKS!

4. Wearing the same sweaty socks can cause bacteria to reproduce.

Once you've done these steps youre going to be Athlete's Foot FREE!
