pretty sure jagex mods get a 404 error on these boards, people dont realise this, i post pictures of my accs with names.

 

They don't ban people just because there is a topic about selling someone's account. A classic example is if I were to say selling zezima, would that get him banned?

 

I didn't want to, but I dropped the min bid to 150$.
