How to resolve Paypal Chargeback - Website Deisgn

I'm currently going through a chargeback on Paypal from a non-user that has scammed me. I did a website design for him and on around 90% completion he decided to block me and chargeback.

I'll go into full details with anybody who is knowledgeable around Paypal but not really wanting to post a lot here, its just a really sad situation and I'm kinda scared that I'll be 200$ in debt to Paypal because this guy did what he did.

He showed no signs of being unhappy, and was worried about competitors the day before blocking me.

 

Hey, I don’t personally know too much about how chargebacks work on PayPal, but I’m pretty sure that the buyer would have to start a dispute through PayPal. Do you have proof of the completed work?
