Well I say go for def from that list. Otherwise Id say get fishing. But def is the best way to go, sure it may not be the fastest but still it will turn out in the end. Again though if you just want a quick 99 get thieving, its not good for anything really unless you want to be bored making a small amount of cash...

I still think firemaking is the most underrated skill in the game ... But I'd rather have a skill other than combat to be 99.

 

attack.. trust me i am lvl 123 and i trained attack to 99 first now i am training to 99 strength its better that way more exp per hr on the long run.

You could never go wrong with strength.

 

Eh the best offence is a good defense so Get the Defence up then you wont get hit so high which means you waste less food and less money but it would also take more time.
