Darkpie Scammed $420 USD in Elite last year (Still roaming free)

How they scammed:

From the beginning, they joined the 'Trade bungalow' discord server on 09/02/2018 (https://i.imgur.com/4ASBVbn.png) under Neptune#0619 (Now Rubadubdub#0619 but with the same unique discord id). I search most if not all discords coming into TB on Sythe to see if i can link them to a profile and npetunes i could link to a profile and it was @Darkpie's.
Looking for a Discord Bot Dev

I note this immediately on their profile on discord.

@Darkpie was advertising @Mentarley's discord server to a bunch of people privately in TB which isn't allowed so i banned him.

So i ask for proof of this:

I will update this with the screenshots he gives me when hes not busy, but in the meantime can a DNT be placed on @Darkpie's account? If not, can you leave this report open until I add the final screenshots please.

Darkpie joins Sythe Nov 2017, this scam took place in December 2017 back on his old discord as you can see in these pics. As shown in one of the earlier SS i posted in the OP he was banned from all discords and made a new one. This new one was Neptune#0619 as seen on his thread in OP.

This pic was when icudrop talked to 5wap about the situation and he didnt want to refund.
