Do you guys think the Sex Diet Works?

I personally think it does but not sure cause sounds too good to be true =D

 

Nope, doesn't work. My mom is fat, and... Well, lets just say I can't get to sleep some nights.

 

Lol did you read the story... it says 200 calories for half an hour...
Maybe your mum doesn't go for half an hour...

This isn't any sort of diet at all. Sex is exercise, so having sex will help you to keep your weight down.

 

Do you guys have any proof it doesn't work? Or reasoning at least..

Either way, this is another excuse you can use

It's not a diet, but As a few others stated it is exercise which obviously would help you burn calories, how much depends on what "moves" you do. and how well\long you perform... But this doesn't mean go out and be a whore and have sex with every guy you meet just to lose weight. and regardless of how much sex you have you will still need a decent diet etc. to lose weight.

 

I think it works fine.

Tbh, if you have sex enough then you probably will loose weight but why can't you just go for a run or something that is pretty much what a sex diet does, because your moving your body you will be getting excersize.
