I got hacked

I did a fire cape service last week I logged in and MY ENTIRE bank was gone how do i go about getting that user banned? I am legit shaking i have put so much effort into this to lose everything

 

Does the user have a Sythe account?

 

For future reference, you should always change your password *immediately* after a service has taken place. Leaving the PW unchanged is a little careless.

Yes at first I thought it was the guy who did the fire Cape but the account I just bought was also hacked back. But how can he get into my main account they have different emails and passwords I am so lost like fuck.

Purchased accounts can *always* be recovered. Never buy an account unless the user is EXTREMELY trusted and you have faith that they wont recover or scamquit *ever*.

As for your main, depends. If you didn't change the PW after the service, that'd be why. Otherwise, they'd need access to the registered email account (or know all of the recovery details) to hack your main account.

Well the only person to know my password is a trusted firecape guy but i changed it right after.

 

@habbogeek is in the DNT usergroup for multiple scam accusations.. I wouldn't hold your breath, unfortunately that recovered account is most likely gone mate.

 

In that case the very first thing I would do is scan your computer for infections.. if it's originally your account, and no one else has the recovery info, that means somebody has access to your password or email account.

Scan your PC
Change your password
Add 2FA to RS account AND email account

Then you should be secure..

What would you recommend to scan my pc? I never got any links or emails from said user and im already running AVG/Defender/SBSD/Malwayrebtes all going daily

 

I'd recommend you making a scam report.

 

I did but I'm still fucked out of about 150m which 120m of it was me buying bonds and selling them so several hundred bucks.

Okie give me a bit and I'll fix the format just still upset over this atm. It's crazy I'm a casino supervisor and deal with way more stressful things all the time and it is what it is but for some reason this just struck a damn nerve I didnt think I still had its like a flash back to like 2005 and kids would put keyloggers on the library computers and hack everyone's account dont know where I was going with that but yeah thanks everyone for putting up with my shot this morning it is very nice to have a place to vent.
