I beleive that the speed of thought is much faster then the speed of light, the speed of thought is almost instant, if I think 'Gama Center" my thought has traveled there even before I finished thinking this.

And you know what the funny thing is? You have nothing to say about that because you're banned!

 

I Don't really know what would be faster, i mean, light can travel from the sun to the earth in about 7 seconds! But its true that thought travels at an incomprehensible rate of speed. The ability to make parts of your body move in the specific way that you intend requires an enormous amount of thought, and it goes instantaneously. My opinion would be that they travel at around the same speed, which is very fast.

 

It takes more than 8 minutes for light to travel from the sun to the earth. I'm not sure what you mean by the speed of thought though.

 

Thought is electrical impulses/chemical presences in the brain. It is not faster than light.
