Need advice on Banned account i bought

So basically, I was looking for a 50 attk gmauler for osrs.

I found this guy selling one on the forum, got in contact with him 20/9/18.

I managed to get him on discord a long with a MM, I bought the account same day.

so at this point I've paid 45m for the account, 2.25m for the MM, and put 3m on the account, I go pking for about 2 hours, log off, try log in about 3 hours later.

Banned, Permanent Macroing ban.

The guy that sold me it first off told me he trained range a little bit before I bought it which he did, I was fine with this I did not care, but after I told him that the account was banned he said "I never used the account" he tried to say that he bought it from someone for 40m off of here and he did not use it at all and then just sold it on.

so right now I'm currently down 50m and have no account and the guy isn't prepared to give me any sort of refund or anything.

what do i do next?

 

Who did you buy the account from? Do they have a Sythe profile?
