I spoke to kfjjjdst about this approx 14-15 hrs ago. He disclosed that he wasn't sure why the acc. would be locked and was wondering if there was anything he had to be worried about with recovering the account for you. I said no, and to proceed w/ the recovery as normal. But he isn't home until Monday and the recovery can't be processed until then.

I'll place a DNT for precaution but there may be a misunderstanding here. Not sure where the block comes into play. Hopefully he can clear it up when he gets online.

PS: Blatant lie in the thread title already btw, I never recovered the account, blood got it locked, I simply didn't help him. In fact it's still locked right now.
PS2: I don't understand why you DNT me and why blood isn't banned for blackhat yet OR for trying to leak my email. I knew I was going to be reported, talked to Shin, Video (and you too) about it, if I waned to scam others I would've done it already.

Its quite simple , i bought an account from you for 475M . Jagex locked it because of the Ip change as I live in Australia and you live in Hungry . You blocked amd and filed a blackhat against me ? i am not a black hat ... and look at the date of the posts .. also the user names don't match up.

I have not broken any rules. Yet you have since you are the original owner and Charlotte has already requested you to unlock it for me. That also doesn't explain why you blocked me . I've already sent proof to Charlotte .

kfjjjdst-2 isn't even a registered account. I used that alias for posting in the dispute forum once, loll.


To anyone else reading and curious: This report isn't about whether or not I recovered the account (I did not), it's about whether Blood is entitled to get a refund or get the account back from me. I have written up why his refund or recovery guarantee is considered void (what he did to lose the guarantee) and sent it to @Charlotte .

 

I don't want a refund , i just want the account back. I think your confused... you just wont unlock it and you blocked me and you gave me no info when i bought it. You probably reported to jagex maybe that why the account got locked ?

I wont be acting as the messenger after this 1 message as, I asked him the decision @Charlotte made and he answered:

I have no access to sythe atm, just wanting to respond to what blood wrote above. I got on discord yesterday to discuss a possible refund with Charlotte and Blood, only to find out there wasn't any discussion but rather I was given a choice: Refund in full or get banned.
This is how the whole thing started btw:
"kfjjjdstToday at 00:36 Hey, I'm open to discussing a possible refund with you, if we are able to discuss some things
bloodToday at 00:37 What is there to discuss , i spoke to Charlette . You owe me my gp back as i dont want your account anymore , i dont want to deal with this nonsense ."

Just because blood doesn't want the account anymore because we had strong disagreements during this trade it ultimately isn't up to him to decide whether it's his RIGHT to get a refund (over the account being returned to him as was when it got locked) - Charlotte however decided to agree w Blood and say yes it is his right, because I'd incur no losses by refund. I don't agree with me not losing anything (in fact I'd be losing a lot). I could take the loss by refunding him in full, but: - He got the account locked, no longer wants it though ( in no way does that entitle him to a refund ) - Every single claim he has made during this whole report has been a lie ( I recovered the account, it's not him blackhatting it's his step bro, etc ) - He's a fucking asswipe in general Sythe isn't life, Charlotte isn't a deity. I respect Charlotte's position and decision but I absolutely decline it. I have asked another admin to review this - should they agree with Charlotte (meaning my only option is a full refund), I will be taking the ban.

PS: The account is still at blood's disposal - should he request it, the account will be returned to him.

 

He said he was gonna go to Shin so as far as I'm concerned, he can wait for Shin to talk to me about the final decision.

 

@Devil acting as a messenger ? getting involved in a dispute you know nothing about ? Can you stop getting involved in things that does not concern you.

Btw @Devil , this is the proposal Charlotte gave him : He pays me (i paid 475M , only had the account for 2 days - but he keepsmy bank worth 50m+ for his effort and time) ... then he can resell the account. This is more than fair.

If 2 parties fall out a refund is warranted , this has been a part of Sythe rules and its nothing new.

As you can gather he has fallen out with me , if i took the account back he could screw me over anytime since he is the OO and I don't feel safe and I don't want to deal with this again. There has been no damage done to the account as established by @Charlotte .

 

While returning the account would ordinarily be an acceptable resolution to this case, @kfjjjdst you unnecessarily dragged out this lock and have stated numerous times your unwillingness to cooperate to return the account. At this point, the buyer @Blood is fully entitled to receive a refund of his purchase and is not required to take the account back given how you have behaved during this case.

Please let us know when you have refunded @Blood for this account that you sold and have refused to unlock or return to him

 

Gonna close this. I'm gonna go ahead and ban since no effort has been made to refund.

 

I'm sorry to say @kfjjjdst was unwilling to refund for this unless a specific set of demands were met. We are not in the business of granting wishes to people who owe money
