How to become a good trainer on sythe thread

Hello and welcome,

Australiantrainer is my name, and as you may guess training is my game.

19 training vouches to date, and only been at sythe for 1 month and 6 days. You may be asking, how did he get so many jobs if he is such a noob??

Well ask and you shall find out. I will do a step by step course and some common questions and answers




STEP 1. Create an account with a catchy name, or something relating to training, or keep your original account if you like your post-count or something else.(how this helps is people are attracted to pretty names or catchy, why do you recon famous papers have catchy headlines, TO ATTRACT PEOPLE!)



STEP 2. Start out free, not only will the gesture of free-ness attract customer, but alot of other people will start free and if you charge from the start not many people will come to you. i suggest you set a bench mark of 10 minimum vouches before you charge, it seems once u got double figure vouches people trust you alot more



STEP 3. IF people dont come to you, you MUST go to them, when i started out i had 1 mabey 2 offers to trian, so i went round pm-ing people with offers, and now look were i am at, a real trusted trainer with 19 vouches and 140+ posts. dont be affraid to pm ALOT it helps at the start to gain rep and respect



STEP 4. Once you got 5 or so vouches, you can take 2 options, open up your services to other things such as pcing, quests, clues ect. this helps if its in your title as you seem to no alot about rune if u can do many things, and it will once again bring in more people to train. or option 2 below



STEP 5. Once you have people coming to you, and the work is stacking up the second option is get a buisness partner, 2 people = double the work and more money and trust, this can be a very wise option or very bad mistake... a hint here is try to get somebody in a big time zone differance so when you sleep his on and when your on he sleeps. try creat a 24 hour training plan



STEP 6. The final step is charging people, alot of people with not come to you once you charge, but the BIG training requests will be asked, for money. Its a step i haven't yet taken as yet, but i have been ofered money for services. The last step os probly one of the biggest of all and is a large step i am takin right now





HINTS! - Save all your msn convos and take pictures
- I personally dont reconmend partnering but its your choice
- always keep a convo going while training if possible
- Do a little extra for the person, will get you a WAY better vouch
- Your the boss here, dont be pushed into doing something you dont wanna

Ty, although if we want to establish a partnership business, not many people will agree and soemtimes, if your partmer scams, we wil lget banned too. That's the downside. Noentheless, the money is a huge reward.

Too many colours, and just saying now, don't try to act cockey. If you ask me, 140 posts mean nothing, and 19 vouches mean nothing. I have 35-ish vouches and 1000+ posts, and I don't consider myself trusted. So don't act like your all that, you do a good job, but you ain't at the top

You CAN NOT have more then two Sythe accounts unless you have permission by an Admin.

LEARN TO SPELL! It makes people enjoy your guide a bit more! People might actually deem you intellectual and as a worthwhile source of advice if you learn how to spell.

I bet you are just some kid, do not give people advice if you can not take it for yourself :noworry:!

 

Vlad is right (although I would consider him trusted >.<). 19 vouches doesnt mean anything, especially if they are just simple training vouches. Don't get so cocky that you think you are the best trainer in the world. You might turn out like torque1992 and no one likes that guy.

Also, 19 vouches are not much, I have seen people with 60+, so do not be like you are king of the world.
