How they scammed: I purchased a transfer method from @mans not hoot, and I made it crystal clear that I would only buy this on certain conditions. I have a video recording of the entire discord chat if a mod needs it.

The terms were stated in discord + a Sythe PM was sent (https://i.imgur.com/fPQk2YA.png), but the pm was in regards to the method working how he advertised it and not selling it to others. We talked for a couple hours in discord and the biggest factor for me in purchasing it was that it couldn't be patched because he said its a coding thing in 'Inspect Element', that it's been around for years and can't be patched. Otherwise I wouldn't of paid 300m because I had my own method that worked just as good if a half a second slower. The "unpatchable" guarantee was the sole reason i purchased it and mods can see the full convo if requested.

Terms discussed in discord + Sythe PM:

1.) Being able to double name change to the same name and then grab the rare name being transferred
- I tested this and it worked so we were good there.

2.) That there's no way it can be patched since according to him (since hes been a big coder since he was 13)
- Literally the day after he sold it to me, it gets patched -_- He guaranteed it wouldn't get patched, that the chance was 0%.

3.) That he wouldn't sell it to anyone else if I bought it.
- It's been one day since I purchased this method before it was patched lol, so he hasn't sold it to anyone I'm aware of.

Although..... He said if I didn't buy it he'd just mass sell it because he's down 20b at the arena with 50$ in his bank account. But would settle with only 300m to just me if I bought it then and there on the spot with all these guarantees.

He was pounding into me that his method was god-tier and my method was "dog-shit." At first he said he'd sell for 250m or he'd sell it to everyone he can smh, then said let me go see if any others would pay more, to saying, 300m right now and its yours. With the guarantee that it couldn't be patched because its been around "forever". And 1 day later it gets patched. Super annoyed. I would like to be re-paid back my 300m.
I gave him a chance to fix this by figuring out a way to still do the method. Even offered him to refund partial. But he declined. So I'm making this report because all his talk and guarantees of it not being patchable; "0%" "It's been around for years" "It can't be patched" "You're worrying to much" ... Then 1 day later it's patched. Some bs.

Hi.
I would like to start off by adding, that I think this report has a very carefully selected, and one-sided view of pictures, to throw shade on my name.

I've sold a method to Devil, as mentioned, as the only person. This method uses principles that has been around for a very long time. Thats why I've said in those pictures, that there is no chance it will get patched. These statements are a very little piece of our 5 hour long conversation, as to why it didn't really hit me that it mattered.




Devil clearly states that I'm trying to "extort" him to buy my method, as I'm the bad guy who pushes it on him, although he had shown very clear interest and thats why I gave him the offer I did.

I think the report in general is invalid. He never put emphasis on unpatchable being a condition other than asking if it were, as to where my replies come into play (which I still stand by)

At last I'd like to add that, theres no way to prove if Devil would go as far as sending a tip to Jagex about this method, to keep his original method as the only one. Which would put me at loss as I also used this method.

This is all speculation, but Devil has before lied and tried to deceive, as far as methods goes, he wants to be the only one knowing how to transfer. I can show this to a staff member if needed.

I really liked Devil but lately his true colors has been showing, as to why I can't do anything but shake my head at this report. Sad to end a friendship this way.

 

1.) It felt like an extortion, as you said if I don't buy it you'd sell it to multiple people.
2.) The fact of you guaranteeing it not being patchable, i trusted you on that as you stated how much experience you had as a coder. So we moved on from that to the other terms because I trusted your judgement and your factual statements of it not being a method that can be patched.
3.) Your argument (if it can be called one) that i would pay 300m for sole rights to a method, then tip jagex off is quite funny. You think i just wanted to lose 300m huh. Makes total sense.

This patch came out today by jagex, and is the reason it was patched more than likely. But it shouldn't have been with the guarantees you made on several occasions that was the only reason we continued our conversation on the sale. IF you had said it could be patched. There would have been no more terms or discussion because i wouldn't of purchased it.

Based off this amazing argument of me wanting to lose 300m, how do we then not know that you didn't sell the method after you sold it to me and those people tipped it off. As you said, you were going to sell it to anyone and everyone you could if i didnt buy it. Maybe you did. Irrelevant to the case because it's not something that can be proven. The facts are in pictures and guarantees made in text by you. That were desperate guarantees because you just lost everything at the arena.

And when you're asking me for my methods on transferring, why would I tell you ? And there are several people that know how to transfer in a multitude of ways.

Show it. I would love to see my lies and deceit lmfao. Me not wanting to share with you my methods is smart business. You asking questions to try and get answers and hints out of me. And my answers to you would probably be lies because I wouldn't tell you my methods. Nor sell them and make guarantees I wasn't sure of.

Also irrelevant to the fact you guaranteed something several times with all your experience in coding and creating RATS/malware. The conversation wouldn't have continued if you would have said it can be patched. You were saying anything and everything to get me to buy it because you were desperate for GP because you lost 20b & had 50$ to your name. You should't have guaranteed something in a sale if you cant face the consequences when those guarantees aren't met and were false.

 

You've said I was sketchy all along, said that you didn't believe I wouldn't sell to others, why wouldn't you want a method that could harm your business out of the way?

You didn't even want to talk about your method, even after you had bought mine, which was clearly superior.

- You as a seller are responsible for making responsible decisions / not insane statements such as this. You mentioned that this would never be patched, can you show proof of doing this method for years? If not, it looks as if you saw an easy way to scam.

All about it being patchable and him guaranteeing it there, and several times later on. If he had said at the start of the conversation it could be patched, i wouldnt of bought it and we wouldnt of continued conversing about it. Literally the first thing you say is "it cant get patched" then later on say 0% chance. Screenies are in op.

This was a deal, and you didn't keep your end of the bargain. You guaranteed something without a shadow of a doubt that proved to not be true.

Please read the latest post I made, I think you missed it as I made it while you read up on the whole case. This guy BEGGED me to get this method, I never pushed it onto him.

I mean, changing values on websites to manipulate the code isn't something new. It's been around since the start of the internet. And I think its weird how it gets patched the day after I sell the method to Devil.

 

Tbh. I can already see where this is heading and I'd just like to apologize to Devil. I truly liked you and you were a close friend to me. I just truly don't believe I have done anything wrong in this case. It fucking sucks that the method got patched, and how it happened, I have no clue. This, I'm very sorry for.

I wish you the best in your future, I truly do. And I hope that you understand my point of view just a *tiny* bit.

I'm just a small fish, swimming in a shark tank on this site and can't let people use me like you've tried to the last couple days. Although I will look back at you like the friend you were to me.
