Market Ban/TWC appeal reposted

Well I am reposting my appeal because I was told that my Market Ban was permanent even though that wasn't agreed upon it was just agreed that I would have a Market Ban/TWC and that it might be possible for me in the future to appeal it. So that is what I am doing after talking to a few admins. So here is the old thread.

No. It has been reviewed by staff recently, and a thread a few weeks later isn't going to change views. I think it was generous enough that you weren't banned, and I feel that's the opinion of many of the other staff.

 

I was never opposed to removing either, but R2P had some decent reasons for you to keep them I say we let him post.

 

Well I was under the impression that it was denied because I "accepted to be have a perm market ban/TWC" even though I didn't. But towards the "proof" that was provided I know what they showed the staff because I was a part of the trades obviously, and all they could have showed was that I traded them because there was no other proof to show. I still don't see how that makes it even look like I scammed besides the fact that it "looks suspicious" even though it isn't really because I wanted to buy mills in case it wasn't possible in the future.

 

You told me that you just wanted to return to the forums, and you didn't care if you weren't allowed to trade anymore.

 

I did only want to return at first, but then I wanted to start trading again just because I enjoyed RWT so much, well and making money off of merchanting. But I also just loved surfing the Black market which was probably the section I was most active in for almost 4 months I'd guess.

Anyways.... I didn't really expect to appeal my Market Ban/ TWC well more my Market Ban than anything, but I miss it so much and you even said that it might be possible for me to appeal it.

 

Con, this is nothing against you, I like you, but the fact is you're extremely lucky to be allowed on Sythe at all. The Market Ban / TWC were permanently placed on you for a reason. The fact that some time has elapsed does not change anything. I stand by the decision that the staff made back in January. Unless we're saying we made a mistake, there's no reason to reverse it.

 

Ok I guess I'll have to live with it, but I still don't understand how I could have even been banned in the first place... Isn't there supposed to be actual proof? I tried to fight it back when I first got it, but all I got was a answer from sin saying that she doesn't need proof to ban people.

Isn't that a unfair ban to start with?
