Reason - sh33dy had reported runechat for not paying out a game he placed mid game (which by Runechat TOS would be a void bet) Which they did and refunded however the same situation happened again and the mods banned the person for doing what sh33dy has done previously (betting on a game known it was a glitch then expecting paid out and reported which is attempted scam

This is at best a discussion, dont think this report belongs in the RAS section. One was knowingly going through several discords with new aliases to exploit. While Sh33dy was arguing his case whether he should be paid out as the bet was placed legitimately. Thats what I think atleast by looks of it.

 

DNT/ban same thing to me but

the report with athegna switching through discords was just another crime to warrant a dnt

you can be banned for more than just one thing

Sh33dy attempting to scam by placing a bet on a game he knew was glitched and wouldn't be paid out if it was a win (then when refunded he still wanted the win even though he knownly bet on a glitched bet)

And athegna attempting to scam by betting on a game after it was finished and using a new alias to exploit

in bold is the reasons they should be banned

He knew what he was doing in the first place regardless lol. He was betting on a glitched game in hopes he'd gete away with it if they did win

Plus it's not really arguing a case if he reports it in RAS section titled ''SCAMMED BY RUNEWEALTH/RUNECHAT''

Thats a clear reporting a scammer thread when its clear in the report it was infact him trying to scam so i dont see how you see it as him asking for opinions to see if he should be paid out

 

Why don’t you post from a home IP and stop ban evading kiddo.

If mods felt it was ban/dnt worthy they would have done it at the time. So don’t get involved where you’re not needed.

Well sythe acts more of a Court than the Law; Each case is different and based on proof prsesented by both parties and verdict is given after a possible consensus first step being is to resolve the issue.

I have my disagreements with a few rules sythe have, especially clan owners and gambling website owners benifiting from this sort of 'imunity' they get. But its a dirty business, i get it.

 

Hello sir, @one_b4ng - the difference between these two is intent. Sh33dy came across a problem already created with Runewealth's site and right or wrong, he abused it. In the other report involving facaden1, he intentionally creates the problem (this isn't the first time, which was also taken into consideration) and tries to trick the hosts with miswording so he could have higher odds. I chose to give him a DNT instead of banning him so that he is able to dispute or request a pardon.
