RuneScape Library or History section.

A RuneScape section dedicated to some BlackMarket or Cheating mildstones of RuneScape like events such as:
Duping Glitches
Falador Massacre Glitch
Mass Macro Bans
etc

Section Priviledges
Only certain members would have 'Thread Creating' permissions but all users can posts on those threads.
or
Have a 'Submit History' sub-section where any user can make a thread that then can be reviewed by any Mods with decent knowledge of RuneScape's past and 'Approve' or 'Decline' the thread.

I admit it would be a rather small section and possibly not viewed by many, but it would create some sort of 'Cheating Archive' of RuneScape's past.
If you're worried about it not being taken care of, i'll personally make sure the section is organized if noone else will.

I'm pretty sure (not 100%) no other forum has anything like this.

I don't think a forum is needed for this. Perhaps a sticky in Runescape 2 General.

I like your idea, the best of RuneScape cheating history. However, as you metioned, not many people will view this.

I think it would be a good addition to all the members. After all, every now and then there are threads like " what has happened since I quit etc".

Perhaps the RuneScape mods can be the ones with the thread posting permissions..

I totally support. It would help out tons of members. Especially for those that quit, took a small break, or a big one. It should be a small subforum, just like the rs minigame ones. I would also be able to help out greatly.

You should make it so that people post their addition to the forum, but only that only "Runescape Historians" could approve of people's additions. it would be a great add to sythe.org IMO.
