Ok guys, I wasn't able to edit my post before but there are a few requirements.

1. Both accs have to be members.
2. Both accounts have to be on the same part of a certain quest.


A level 3 can start this quest without leveling or anything, but there are alot of parts on the quest.
And unless both accs just became a member or you're lazy, you're likely to be on a higher part on the quest.

Your not likely to complete this quest until over level 100, but like I said.
IF BOTH ACCOUNTS AREN'T ON THE SAME PART OF THE QUEST, IT WON'T WORK. I'm trieng to make this clear as possible.

As verac said, It would be tricky to Xfer from a high to a low level though it is very easy to do low to low and possible to do high to high.
