i'm not quite sure if this is in the right section but..

We should have a tutorial or guide on how to transfer money from one account to another on runescape..

Yes but... there isn't any for people who have lvl 26s and want to transfer it to a lvl 78 or vice versa..

 

There isn't a guide for everything in the world, frankly because you haven't made one yet.

 

Only public trading methods are bounty hunter and party petes.

 

you can use eyes of newt...its another method...its slower but its 100% safe

Secondly, there are 100s of guides on this topic in the runescape 2 guide section.
Thirdly, your very unlikely to find a guide that suits your needs by 100%.

 

actually there is ways to transfer to some1 who cant get in the med crater and some1 who cant get in the low level crater, you use the GE transfering method I'm sure you can find this explanation in the RS2 guides section of the forums.
