    Question about Paypal Dispute Cases.

So to further insure that the buyer of trades does not scam, sellers usually ask them to open a dispute and then retract the claim. Does this really work and prevent them from filing a charge back after it is canceled? Or is there a specific thing you have to do to make sure that there is no chance or chargeback?

No what I meant is like when you sell stuff to someone, like an account or something, before you sell it to them, they have to send you the money and then you ask them to dispute it and cancel the dispute. Im asking if this insures that they can no longer charge back after canceling a dispute or does it not even matter that they did.

from now on they should make it mandatory for every one to file a claim for both unauthorized transactions and unrecieved items this would make it harder to file a claim after this

Well I called in earlier because I had a similar problem and paypal said that it doesn't really matter because someone else could have been using the person's credit card and filed the claim and canceled it themselves, still leaving the "real" person's card used unauthorized.
