Detailed [Guide] on how to Skate Board

Hey Sythe. I'm going to teach you the basics of Skate Boarding.(Please bare with me as it's hard to explain). Firstly, Youll need a skateboard, Heres mine.
Now, It doesn't matter what kind you have, You could buy a cheap Five Dollar board at Wal-Mart, which is good if you're a beginner and are not sure if this is for you. Even though its weighty and slow you will get an idea if you are fit for it or not.

If have recently just bought your first Skate Board, You will need to learn how to ride it.(Unless you just plan on keeping it for looks)
---If you are Right Footed->You ride "Regular"
---If you are Left Footed->You ride "Goofy"

Now you need to figure out if you ride "Mongo".
If you are "Regular" Place your left foot on the top bolts. If your "Goofy put your Right Foot on the bolts. Place your other foot on the ground. Try to push and see if that feels comfortable. Now try putting your right foot(If regular)(Left if goofy) on the tail of the board. Try pushing with your top foot.
---If you push with your Right foot you are "Normal"
---If you push with your Left foot you are "Mongo"

    Results:
---If you are Right Handed/Footed, And push with your right, You are Regular/Normal
---If you are Right Handed/Footed, And push with your left, You are Regular/Mongo
---If you are Left Handed/Footed, And push with your left, You are Goofy/Regular
---If you are Left Handed/Footed, And push with your Right, You are Goofy/Mongo

Now, That was hard to explain. But if you read hard you will understand it.
To ride your Skate Board just get comfortable with pushing and riding.

Are you ready to learn a new trick?

    Ollie
get comfortable on your board. Put one foot on the tail of the board.
---If you are "Regular"->You will place your left foot before the bolts(A little farther than the middle of the board), And put your right foot on the tail.
---If you are "Goofy"->You will place your Right foot before the bolts(A little farther than the middle of the board), And put your Left foot on the tail.

Pop the board by kicking down on the tail. You will then slide your other foot outward at the same time. This should pop the board up and when you slide it it evens it out, creating what is called, an "Ollie" No one I know ever got this on their first try. But, if you follow the steps you should get it pretty quickly. This all just takes time and practice, and maybe a better skateboard.

    Kick Flip
Now, I wouldn't recommend trying this trick until you have mastered the Ollie and are able to do it easily while riding, or stationary.
After you are in "Ollie Stance" You will need to fix your stance from there into a "Kick Flip Stance". Take the foot that is on the tail and make it is at the very edge of the board. Take the foot that is near the middle and make it point toward the bolts.
--Now that you're in "Kick Flip Stance" and pop the board and kick out with your other foot. Kick forward. It should spin the board. You might just do an Ollie, but keep practicing. This will take a while to get the spin down.

    Heel Flip
This is just like the Kick Flip but instead you pull toward you with your foot. Most left footed people favor the Heel Flip , as right footed people favor the Kick Flip. The only difference between the two is the way it spins.
To do one, simply do what I said to do in a kick flip, but instead, pull the foot near the middle toward you. It should spin the board toward you. This is a Heel Flip. Keep practicing this until you can land it.
If you are having trouble doing this and the Kick Flip keep practicing Ollies and other tricks and come back to it.

I will write in more tricks when I get a chance
but until then, work on this. You can always work on tricks you've landed more until you land them every time.
    All pictures are mine.

Feel free to add my Msn for questions

There are already countless guides on this. But I suppose you put a lot of effort into this, and it's well made again. Please try not to make duplicates though.

Can you Shuv-It while riding? Or only stationary? If while riding, good job. If not, it doesn't count.
As for the Ollie, just pop and then slide by tilting your foot sideways and sweeping it off the board. Just keep trying, and try it while stationary before doing it while riding.

Well yeh I can if I'm not going very very fast..but yesterday I was boarding around the school with a couple of skaters and sometimes the board flies into the street when I try but few times I landed it with riding and stationary. I just cant seem to jump off things because I cant do the ollie. And a question at what time should I switch my wheels? I feel like going to ramp riders since I live in stl missouri but I'm not good enough for it yet.

Yeah, a car has run over my board before. You need to practice at home and focus in and make sure you have it down before going out and showing it off, you will mess up and look bad
Small wheels are for vert surfaces, bigger wheels, ex 52's are for cracky sidewalks and are used for street. You will go smoother over ground. These will eventually wear down. If you feel you need new wheels, buy new ones.
    Yep.

I think I wouldn't since I rode on flat good surfaces on the street. But I can go fast without even falling.. and I can balance good on the board and everything just need to know how to learn the tricks only mastered one so far. And the first day it started raining and I went to the library slipped and the board flew against the library wall and I seen a cop inside he came out...and told me what happen I seen u rumbling into the wall I just told him I slipped..

Well I never use my left hand for nothing..only my right. Everything that I need to get my board up is with my right hand.

Only thing that sucks is some of the side walks like one part is bigger and while I'm pushing fast I don't tend to see it and flips the board and I fly off..well I'm going to go skateboard some more though my toe hurts had some fat thing on it like a balloon but I popped it.
