How they scammed: He hasn't been on since the 22nd and hasn't repaid me. *he has been on now and ignored any attempt for me to talk to him.

Additional Information/Evidence: He gave me a phone number to contact him, but it rings and doesn't pick up and his facebook profile is deactivated. I can give any moderator this info if they need.
He just got back on and used me as a referral in one of his comments for his service.
