• Post from a home IP
• Recovery phone number
• Current email address
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present
• If you have donated directly through PayPal;
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

Perhaps an ID with your birthday on it matching your profile (You may block out any irrelevant information)? I see that you also have a recovery phrase set on your account; if you could kindly provide that as well. Hint: ***.

I have included pics of my skype and paypal which shows my number. I'm not trying to release my public information to the forums so everyone can see, that's everything you asked for. Can you please Remove the authentication, I've been waiting a week.

I have given the full email and skype, I blocked my phone number for my protection. I don't want to give my phone number to a forum of random people who can look at it.

It says " please note the administrative team needs proof of two " I just gave you two and more. What else do you want from me? This is really sad, I just paid money to get my old phone fixed because this group of admins can't do the right thing and remove 2FA for 2 weeks, when I am showing my skype and email! It was my mistake for donating to this site.

Look, eyes open please, I am on the sykpe account. Stop deleting my evidence Charlotte, if you don't want to help people with there accounts maybe you shouldn't be here.

 

Skype is not a way we verify/remove 2fa. And if you were giving me your number, I assumed that meant it was connected to your account, but it looks like its not. So it doesn't even matter if you gave me a starred out version.

Hiding evidence? I remove that stuff if its sensitive or so others can't use it to try and hack you....

Thus, I still need something more than Skype/what you've given me.

You can provide proof your name in your email is yours (I already know it because I can look at your email) and we can move this right along.

I provided my home IP, my phone number, my skype logged in. For some reason the skype being logged isn't good enough? Now I provided my logged into my email address. This is 4 things. How many more do you need? I feel you're doing this on purpose, to drag this out.

ALL Logged in, and I wouldn't be surprised if you still don't do the right thing and remove my 2FA.

I am not dragging this out. I have no motivation to do that. Your registered email has your name, so if you want this to be a quick recovery, all you have to do is provide proof of your name (which I already know).

The whole point of 2fa is to be extra secure, because things such as emails & Skypes can be hacked. Proving you have access to an email or Skype does not confirm your identity. And again, there is no phone number connected to your account.

 

??? it's asking for skype and email as evidence, no one on my home IP address is hacking me, that's insane to suggest. I am posting from the IP address with my skype/email/and paypal as proof. now I'm giving you my credit card and driver's license. This is it, I'm not giving you my bank info next. I've never seen support do this before for over 2 weeks, and to think I donated to this site. My mistake.

The OP literally says we need more than the IP, I don't make the guidelines - I just follow them. Having access to third party accounts does not verify who you are. You putting 2fa on the account was your way of wanting extra security. This is that.

I never would ask for bank info. All I asked for was proof of name. It was that simple.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
