Rafat Scammed me on zerk account

This is Evidence of sale: From saturday to yesterday I could access the account. today I logged I see password changed. now I wanted to reset password already email got changed and gg scammed 120m.

Sorry, It was a holiday here for the last few days (jewish holiday and 9/11) so i took a bit of a break, just got back today. I've pm'd the guy on discord (cant pm here cuz I was given a DNT), waiting for a response now.

Just to clarify, I did not scam him, but I am willing to do whatever is needed to help him recover.

 

I am talking to him on discord now and will update you about what happens.

 

He said hes recovering the account now and will contact me when jagex replies. will post here for further updates

 

So heres the situation. He sells me an account he sold before, and apperantly someone else recovered it, I paid 120m to him and had 25m + abby dagger in bank, I couldnt access account. Now hes saying that its not his fault but hes willing to pay me 50m in total. 10m already paid 40m in a few weeks. I dont know what else I can get from this. I mean i got royally fucked losing 150m and recovering 50m from it (potentially).

 

I recovered the account, and I told him that I'd refund him some of the money since he dosent want the account anymore. I've paid 10m atm, and rest 40m will be done within 1-2 weeks.

 

not much sense in wanting to play in an account someone else other than the seller has the recovery for it right? I didnt last 4 days on that account and It got recovered

 

man i already told you, if i really wanted to scam u i wouldve never replied back to ur messages and i wouldntve never given u the option for any refund. im tryna help u out cuz is a shit ton u lost

 

@Rafat Why was he blocked (or removed) on Discord (as it appears so in the last message when he found out about the recovery)?

@Rafat You are to refund @bigbadeye the amount he paid for the account.

@bigbadeye In regards to the valuables you claim to have on the account we can't just take your word for it and it will be difficult to prove, but you're more than welcome to try and provide as much evidence in regards to that to try and back up that claim.

 

He was never on my friend's list, to begin with.

Okay so it possibly could've been due to one of you leaving a mutual server you were in. @bigbadeye Feel free to comment on that if you'd like.

Anyways I'd prefer not to have this thread spammed, so please try to get in contact with each other to settle a refund for what he paid for the account originally, and post here once that has been done.

 

King I tried talking to him and the only thing hed offer is 10m now and I update the sythe page and 40m later up to 2 weeks. That is clearly not the 120m I paid for. Id like for u to be involved to ensure that this happens please. thanks

 

If it wasn't clear before 110M is still owed as I mentioned above @Rafat owes.

Also to clarify @Rafat are you the OO of this account? You seemingly agreed that the account was recovered/that he lost money, but said you it wasn't you that scammed him.

 

Yeah Im OO but acc was sold before, I bought it back 60% of value. I held the account for a while, and nothing happened so I sold it. As for 110m left refund, I've sold the money to gold websites/ diced. Seems dumb that I have to go out of my way to now to refund him 100%
