5wap scammed my rank

Tried roulette in Elite ranks web, 5 min in I've get "You have been banned", tried contacting 5wap about it got a bunch of gibberish telling me how my frozen rank is gone and that I should admit of something, when asked what he's talking about he responded with "done talking". Can this be sorted out?

I do not know 5wap username on Sythe, but I can provide screenshots of our conversation in Discord, in which his Discord tag is visible (last screenshot). He's one of the Elite ranks owners so shouldn't be hard to point out. Conversation is pretty much self explanatory:

How he scammed is simple - I've lost what I invested in rank.

 

Although you didn't use the template that I asked you to use, I don't think we'll need it. Unfortunately, owners of dice clans are allowed to remove ranks whenever and for what ever reason they choose, and that is a risk you take paying to become a host in someone's clan. As such, this report is denied.
