Scam: Failure to follow ToS, spending random cash on bank for items he transfered to his account im assuming.
Explination: Ordered 64-85 FM, in my ToS I specifically stated i wanted screenshots of every level to ensure me as best as possible he was not using bots, link to thread is here:

ToS:
1. You will handtrain account and not use any bots/3rd party clients (aside for runelite/osbuddy).
2. You will send me a screenshot of every level obtained during service.
3. You will be given bank access, but you only have permission to use food provided + warm items, nothing else.
4. You will set a CLEAR end date. Failure to complete service by end date will result in you either FULLY refunding me or me not paying you if payment was set to be paid after service.
5. If you are not trustworthy in my eyes, you will be paid once service is complete. We can arrange a MM to hold funds until you've finished if you'd like, but i WILL NOT pay you if i don't deem you trustworthy.
6. Once agreed upon timeline ends, i will change password and lock account. If the goal was not achieved, you WILL NOT be paid.


Sorry if this is all over the place/evidence is skewed. I know its pretty much impossible to prove he bought magic logs/xfered to his own account, but i mean lol. He buys wines for service, then once service is done he spends 900k on magic logs for whatever reason. And no, the logs aren't in my bank. I don't want to be refunded for this 900k because i understand its probably impossible to prove, but i figure its still worth the report bc its kinda obvious lol.

Do not make edit history/private reports

 

Make a post, then a second post, and delete the second post, that is much easier for us to read and search for any future reports/pardons/disputes.

You're only allowed to hide information that would be deemed sensitive in nature, such as screenshots that contain RSNs or personal information of a user. The rest of the report must be public or we will not handle it.

 

Posted report minus all screenshots that include pictures of my rsn, all screenshots with rsn ect are in a deleted post. ty.

 

@Intelects can you provide screenshots of each level between 70-75 to me either here in a deleted post or sent to me via Discord at Jason#8181 or Skype at live:soul.design.sythe . Thanks.

 

Agreement was 64-85 firemaking done at wdt, user claims he didnt have enough time to finish, so he bought magic logs.

We agree'd on 24 hours, WDT only, cash in bank for food only. User spent the 1m to get fast xp to avoid missing the deadline bc if he missed deadline he wouldn't of been paid. I'm not too upset about the 1m being refunded because it is what it is, but its still a breach of trust/ToS.

 

Nowhere in our ToS did it say it was WDT only. It was 64-85fm for 33.6m... done by around 5pm central the following day.

 

I have received screenshots from @Intelects of the 70-75 firemaking levels so we do not have to worry about that.
In @Ricky114EL1T3 's TOS he stated that you only have permission to use bank the for food provided + warm items, nothing else. This does not say you can spend 700k to speed up a service. Additionaly, the thread stated that he wanted the service to be done Wintertodt only, so that he could keep the boxes. Not only did you break this agreement, you opened some of his crates that he wished to keep.

@Intelects you will be liable to refund @Ricky114EL1T3 the 700k for the items. Ricky if you wish to collect this, please let me know if you have any issues. In regards to the Wondertodt only, this is a warning and you should not do this again. If this happens again, you will be liable to refund the entire cost of the service and a TWC would be placed on your account. Let me know if you have any questions.
