    Morogfar3's melee training guide
    Requirements:60+ atk and str 40+ def and some lobies done lost city/monkey madness and dragon long or scimitar + full rune armor.
    Go to falador and equip your full rune and your weapon (let the lobies stay in bank)go to the white knight's castle and kill white knights untill your at 10 hp then go back to bank and eat repeat

    Dude, this is a popular method for rune pures to train way before Stronghold or Barrows armour come out. Please just close this topic. It is well-known and there are better places to train , even in f2p!
