Ban Evading

Hi.

I was just banned for ban evading after months and months of being on Sythe.

Wortel and King - I have seen these two admins try there best to clean up this forums over the course of the past couple of months but have also seen them ban people with no just cause.

User I am apparently ban evading: SodQ

I do not know who that is nor do I deserve to be treated with such disrespect from Wortel after sending him a message on Skype regarding the issue stating I want to provide any proofs possible.

First of all - From Ontario Canada, because I am from Canada, ON I am supposed to be evading? How many more people are from Ontario here?

Second of all - IP Match? I am not sure which IP it is because I cannot see, but I was in Hamilton, ON for the course of the summer working. I have now moved to London ON with my fiancé for her school at University of Western Ontario. The IP I am posting on now I just received when we moved into our Apartment in London from FIDO. I have all the bill if necessary and when I got the modem to prove this is my home IP.

The IP I used in Hamilton ON was a Virgin Internet that was NEWLY installed as well.

I have never used any Proxies. Never anything. Just my phone, my Hamilton home and this London home.

Also the Graphics? I added Jason and Pm'd him several times and sent him the money via my PayPal. I was looking at everyone for graphics and asked Mux if he can make me some but I didn't like it. I asked Jason for the pre made ones as they were cheap and looked great. I also asked him if I can have it in CYAN, because its my favorite color and naruto picture.


This is very very upsetting and I am not ban evading in any way nor have I done anything wrong.

I was waiting months to move to London to start flipping gold, max main rentals and training accounts on Sythe. I have no license here nor a job so I thought runescape could be an income source along with other online ventures.

I checked IP audit just a couple days ago randomly after seeing my profile and I had NO ips other then my own.

I go to Goodlife Fitness and they have a wifi system which I log into but I have never I think signed into Sythe.org.

I can provide all other sufficient information asked of me...
I have the fido bill we just received, lease agreement of this new apartment, my paypal address, my company from Hamilton (my own landscaping company, same email I used on my paypal, have owned the company forever), registered incorporation number if wanted...I even have my old lease agreement for the Hamilton ON home.

@Jason can vouch for me I believe about the Graphics.

I would like to get this sorted and would like an administrator to please help as I am ready to prove anything and provide anything needed.

I joined in May from Hamilton and posted in Hamilton the whole time bought gold and rented accounts and staked from 2 people and rented from the user called Aii on discord.

How the hell can I be the guy I am accused of ban evading?

I posted from the Hamilton IP every single time and then I have posted from my Fido in London since I moved.

I haven't done anything wrong.

I checked other peoples ban evading threads and you guys have made mistakes too...

That other guy scammed people and left...

How can I be him I don't get it ???

 

I've reviewed this with multiple other staff, so you can't make the "bias" excuse.

You never posted from London, so that's a lie. Also you both have non-existent emails attached to your Sythe account and no phone number attached anywhere. Clearly you're hiding something, and I'm not buying this dispute at all. You will be responsible of paying the debt of @Xayos as the proof is sufficient enough to link you two together, otherwise you will remain banned. Request a pardon whenever you're ready to own up to your offences/repay what you owe.
