[DENIED] Make Clear What Is the Fault of Trainers

I feel like the only tricky part about it for mods is how they can tell who's serious and who's just targeting a user.

Lets say for example you have some kind of beef with me. maybe you didn't like a price a gave you, a post i posted, a comment i made ect. What's stopping you from having friends/or even yourself make a shitty burner acc and placing idk say 20-30m on it and basically setting up a trap for me like this;

Friday-Sunday morning, suicide bot 24/7 to make sure acc is flagged, then let me on acc sunday night for a service that won't end until tuesday. Boom, delay ban happens monday morning UK time, all of a sudden i owe you 20-30m for no reason. You can repeatedly do this to me/have friends from discord who don't even use sythe do this to me over and over via targeting. If mods start to not take botting reports so lightly, whos to say how many of these false reports/target attempts it'd take for me to get a DNT/ban.

 

Account training isn't actually against the rules, since it could be constituted as account sharing and quote "For the most part, we won't do anything and are more interested in helping people get their accounts back when sharing accounts go wrong"

they will ban in the event that is done for abuse of something such as dmm, reaching highscores or some other notable thing.


As for "proving images" bot clients now have the ability to use the osbuddy client itself and as we all know osbuddy auto screenshots on level up, so currently "proof of hand training" is near impossible.

if this weren't a case by case basis it could and would be abused. the only way it wouldn't would be if the hashest possible punishment was applied everytime, in which case no one would even offer skill training.

 

As the title states; i believe bravo is just looking for more staff opinions on "WHAT IS THE FAULT OF TRAINERS"

If someone buys gold to purchase a service from me, and then their acc gets banned for RWT mid service, am I the service provider responsible for this? Will i have to refund what the user lost because of the ban because i was the last one on the account?

If someone DOES get banned for RWT during one of my services/on my IP, and ends up getting 3 other accounts chainbanned, am I the service provider responsible for ALL losses even tho it wasn't me who RWT'd?

What's the limit? What are the grey areas? How can i protect myself? What do mods look for when ruling upon these cases ECT.

Same goes for the "Botting/claims of botting" during a service. I think Bravo just wants to know how the mods see the reports and how the mods suggest you handle protecting yourself instead of just assuming himself.

If liability falls on the trainers then that means inferno service providers would also need to take liability also?

Also, If someone was RWT trading on someone's account. Mod's can contact his customers through seeing any vouches and see if the name matches. If there wasn't any vouches. Well. No argument there.

heh. The best laws aren't clear.

Guessing each case would be different from the next. Like everyone said, It's hard to hold someone accountable when you can't 100% prove they did do it.
If you think about it, If a rule made it soo you can hold account trainers accountable for any ban's. All account-trainers would cease to exist because It just wouldn't be worth it.

But yeah, maybe a clearer cut rule should be made. Uncertainty is bad.

I agree, but things need to be clarified. What happens if an acc gets banned for botting? People now claim that the 'mirror' client can take screenies, but I dont know if it would show in the osbuddy folder. I'm not exactly sure how that works, but i'm sure there are ways to check if they are

 

you could say the mirror client applies itself on top of the of the osbuddy client and as a result is undetectable clientside. osbuddy screenshots show in the osbuddy folder, regardless even if they were taken but not in the folder, anyone could easily move it there.

As for RWT bans, most if not all of the skill trainers sell the gold they make. otherwise why even offer services?

Ultimately, we are doing our best to come to a hard median on this. As there is gonna be loopholes, and it is mainly up to staff to see trends and common occurrences, along with the current rules to make a decision in these reports.

The best solution is make user's aware of the risk, make them aware of your TOS, and if the user still proceeds then the situation will be handled accordingly. This will be addressed more in the rule reform.
