    Update: After I Wrote this, I WAS refunded, after nearly an hour of talking to them which is not ACCEPTABLE. Poor business practices, I believe still they are the same person.

    I request they either receive ban for multiple accounts or a TWC for terrible business practices.

    Hey,

    PayPal sometimes puts transactions on hold, this is not under out control and you should speak to your bank about this or PayPal, we are very sorry you had to wait all of this time.

    But we would have given you a refund the moment you had asked for one, we were not holding your money from you, if you had checked PayPal yourself you would have known that your payment was processing.

    We are not to blame if your payment gets held under review, this happens all the time with gold sites, and there was no need to make a scam report.

    We have 24/7 staff who are very friendly and we would issue a refund if you asked for one, or you could have waited 24 hours for the payment to clear, it was your choice entirety.

    We would never hold funds from a customer, but the fact is we have not received the money and therefore can't deliver your gold until the payment clears, you could have asked us to issue a refund at any time.

    PayPal in fact tells us not to deliver the item as it's under review, this is not poor business practise, we simply cannot deliver something until a payment has been cleared.


    Extra:
    If you had wrote a scam report or not we would have issued a refund regardless if you had asked us, we are not issuing the refund because you wrote a scam report, we have had many problems with customers getting their payments held due to bank issues etc.

    For example we have another 2 transactions under review right now, but they are not making any scam reports on us

    I think the main problem was communication here, the staff member was not trained to deal with this situation effectively, we have new staff members all the time, and I don't think they actually explained what the issue was.

    But PayPal would have told you that your payment was under review, anyway if you asked for a refund we would have given you one, or you could have waited 24 hours, this is not under our control, we cannot deliver until we have received payment.

    Paypal sent me a receipt saying I sent payment I even have it from Paypal that said payment was completed, you are clearly lying. I asked to speak to owner and ask for refund and your very unprofessional staff take an extra 30 minutes to refund me, first responding with "you can refund." (as seen in photo above). Lack of communication from your agents and took an additional 30 minutes to get me refunded, which is not acceptable. I can show you picture from paypal that show payment was completed, so who's the one lying.

    I never received a single email from PayPal saying the payment did not clear, nor did the staff inform me of anything like that, I never had any issues purchasing from other sites using PayPal, you are the first site who stalled and took time to get me refunded, even with your workers , they did not know what to do, I asked for owner and I get another "new worker" who also did not know what to do.

    Your payment was under review, we have multiple payments under review everyday, it's something that happens.

    If you think that your payment was not under review then I don't know dude, you can see the email we got for yourself.

    In fact, I did ask for a refund, you and your workers can't deal with it and stalled extra time, you should not have workers working if they mess everything up and don't know what they're doing, that's bad for the business. I asked for a refund countless of times and there was no communication coming from your end whatsoever for atleast 15 minutes before I get a message saying "we are trying to solve this problem" then goes silent again for another 15 minutes. No one should expect this.

    Nobody was stalling for extra time, there was no manager online at the time, but this is a problem with PayPal or your bank and not us dude.

    You sent the payment which is correct, but it was under review by PayPal which can take up to 24 hours, this is not under our control.

    And I am very sorry that we had a new staff member who didn't explain the situation good enough for you.

    But the point is, we cannot control payments that go under review.

    It had only been an hour dude, we would have issued a refund if you wanted or you could have waited which I had already clarified, I have spoken to this staff member and told him to be sure to explain situations to customers when they have their payment under review.

    And finally, we would never just "stop responding", the staff member was either handling lots of customers or had taken a break for 5 minutes, as I said this staff member will be trained further in what to do with payment under review by PayPal situations

    Even if it was apparently "under review", your staff should not have been so under-trained. Why did the staff immediately just switch out so sudden, I ask for an owner and I get a staff member which I have to repeat everything again to. At the time, you were active on sythe, you had a green dot and your last activity was a several minutes after the initial purchase of the gold.

    Why should anyone need to deal with staff who is under-trained and when situations like these happen, nothing gets done and time was stalled. If I did not receive an email saying the payment went under review (Which I know what that looks like, I've received it before), and then received a receipt saying payment was completed, someone is lying or doesn't know what they're doing here. This was a complete waste of time, and also matching your email has Molto which when ip audit links you to the other user, Molto, I also believe that is a clear indication that you are using multiple accounts on Sythe, which is not allowed also.

    It is under your control to have staff trained properly and know the proper procedures for and if situations like these occur. I nor anyone else should have to go through this experience when your website states 2-5 minute delivery, yet I was #1 delivered no gold, and #2 it took over an hour to receive a refund back which is not acceptable.

    I am sorry for the staff member, and as I said I will make sure this staff members knows in future to explain situations more clearly to customers that their payment is under review.

    And yeah Molto is related to GoRSGold, I have a sythe account under that name but it's rarely used and no rules are attempted to be broken, there is no ban evading going on or anything if that's what you're asking.

    As again, I am sorry for the staff member, but you were in no way scammed or had any risk of being scammed, we are a fully legal LTD and never had any intention of scamming.

    The issue is that there wasn't good enough communication with the newly hired staff member.

    Also, I am not the only person who uses the GoRSGold account, we have staff members that use it as well, it is our business sythe profile and Molto has never faced any bans and is rarely used, I don't believe I am breaking any rules for having a Molto account that was created some years ago.

    I can list many users who have a business Sythe account and a personal one, I don't believe it's an issue

    MONA is a more trained staff member and was able to explain the situation a bit better.

    But our previous staff member should have explained slightly better why the payment was under review.

    Overall after reviewing this conversation, I don't believe the situation was handled too badly, and you were refunded.

    I found no evidence of us stalling, not talking to you or holding any funds whatsoever, we are sorry for any inconvenience, but we don't control PayPal holding someones funds, and the things you have accused us of are not true.

    We will make sure staff explain why a payment is under review by PayPal, and we would always refund a customer when they asked, thank you!

    Overall I don't see any big issues with this chat, as anyone can see we were not "stalling for time" or purposfully holding your 80 dollars to steal off you, your payment was held by PayPal and we could have either refunded you or you could have waited the 24 hours PayPal had asked.

    If PayPal didn't email you saying your payment was held under review I am suprised of that, but staff should have explained the situation better.

    I cannot draw any more conclusions, but I think you have overreacted to the situation slightly, and did not need to make a scam report bro, we would have handled this in livechat just fine

    The managers/owners cannot be on 24/7 and I want to apologise for the lack of communication (Or at least not explaining the paypal issue good enough for you)

    The only other thing I can do is ring PayPal and ask them to explain exactly why the transaction was held under review for you, this is likely an issue with your bank putting it on hold.

    Here is an example of a payment we just got cleared today, payments go under review, it happens, and we can't just give people gold when they send the money if PayPal have put it under review.

    This is very rare and most people's transactions go through instantly, we are sorry for anyone who has any inconvenience but we don't control this, and if you wanted a refund instead of waiting, then that is completely fine.
